Heart Disease/Heart Attack is NOT caused by clogging of the artery. In actuality, the Endothelium is broken in some way, and the healing process begins creating a scab on the artery wall. Then the Endothelium grows over scab producing Atherosclerosis. What is prompting the break or tare in the artery wall is the big question here.
